By using Santa Voice, you agree to these Terms.
2. License & Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use generated audio for non-commercial, private purposes. Do not redistribute or sell outputs.
3. Purchases (In-App)
Credits are consumable and deducted when generating audio. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
4. User Input
You are responsible for information you submit and must not provide sensitive data or content that violates laws or others’ rights.
5. AI Output
We strive for quality but do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or uninterrupted availability of outputs.
6. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse or legal violations.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
