Santa Voice (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a mobile app that generates personalized audio messages from Santa. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. Data We Process
- Input data provided by you (child’s name, age, praise, encouragement, gift wish) — used solely to create the message.
- Purchase data via Apple In-App Purchase (processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment details).
- Technical logs (basic diagnostics/errors). We do not build user profiles.
- Crash reports & diagnostics (optional) via Firebase Crashlytics — may include anonymized device info, app state, and non-sensitive crash data. This is used solely to improve stability. No personal data or child-related input is sent to Crashlytics.
3. How We Use Data
- Generate message text (via OpenAI API) and audio (via ElevenLabs API).
- Store generated audio locally on your device’s library. We do not sell your data.
- Improve app stability through anonymized crash diagnostics.
4. Retention
Input text is processed to generate content and then discarded from our systems. Audio files are stored locally on your device until you delete them. If temporary server processing occurs, it is short-lived and auto-purged.
5. Third-party Services
- OpenAI — text generation
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech
- Apple — in-app purchases
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting and diagnostics (Privacy Policy)

Third-party services have their own privacy policies.
6. Children’s Privacy

We use TLS and apply data minimization. No method is 100% secure.
